About the company

Daara Media is a Lagos-based creative digital media company specialising in animation, graphic design, video editing, voice-over, content creation and social media management. The company operates with a lean creative team of approximately 10 to 15 people, supporting multiple client engagements across digital content, campaigns, social media and multimedia production.

The customer challenge

As Daara Media's client portfolio grew, the volume of creative content that staff needed to produce and manage increased significantly. Before working with CloudCentrix, creative staff relied on manually searching through previous project files, client briefs, brand guidelines and reference materials when preparing new content.

Developing initial drafts for scripts, captions, campaign concepts, voice-over content and proposals could take several hours per client request. An estimated 20 to 30 hours per week were spent across the creative team on research, information retrieval and preparation of repetitive first drafts — constraining how many client engagements the team could take on without adding headcount.

CloudCentrix's solution

CloudCentrix implemented an internal Generative AI Creative Content Assistant using Amazon Bedrock, powered by Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.5 model. The solution provides authorised creative staff with a natural-language interface, accessed through Amazon API Gateway, through which they can generate content ideas, scripts, captions, creative briefs, social media posts, voice-over drafts and client proposal content.

Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases provides retrieval-augmented access to approved brand guidelines, previous project materials, creative references and other organisational content stored in Amazon S3 — grounding generated content in Daara Media's existing knowledge rather than the model's general knowledge alone.

AWS Lambda handles application processing and integration between the API layer, Bedrock and the Knowledge Base. Amazon Cognito and AWS IAM provide controlled access for authorised employees, while Amazon CloudWatch monitors application activity and service performance. Human review remains part of the creative workflow, with staff responsible for validating and refining generated content before delivery.
